I'm not going to lie, I was a little hesitant with going to a house to drop off my PC but I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to get there (right off NW Expressway) and how easy-going and professional Robert is. He explained things to me in a way that was easy to understand and kept me informed of the status of my PC all along the way. He did a remarkable job bringing my hard drive back to life and saving years of indispensable photos and documents. And the price... can't believe I spent so much at Geek Squad for same issue last year...never again!
